Norwegian organization Formulation Gaming continues to expand its coaching staff following recent successes. Today, it was announced that Brandon "Phardon" Testa has been signed as an assistant coach.
Former Valorant professional player Brandon "Phardon" Testa is taking on the role of assistant coach for the first time and will work under the guidance of Jaden "SAB3R5k" Bryant. Since Bryant's arrival, the team's performance has significantly improved, culminating in securing first places at the Stryda VALORANT Nordic Clash and BEACON Open 2023 Split 2: Finals - Division 1 towards the end of the year.
Phardon, up until today, had not worked as a coach, making this experience his first in his career. Previously, he played for teams such as Imperium Gaming, Team Galaga, and several other lesser-known clubs.

Today, Formulation Gaming is gearing up for their first match of the new year. The team will compete in the closed qualifiers of VALORANT Challengers 2024 Northern Europe: Polaris Split 1, where they will face AOI in a bid to progress through the tournament bracket.
