Financial difficulties force Team RA'AD coach to leave the team before VCL playoffs

As revealed by the Twitter profile of Greek coach Ilias "iLka" Kaskanetas, Team RA'AD will lose their head coach before the final stage of the VALORANT Challengers 2024 MENA: Resilience Split 1 - Levant and North Africa.

According to Ilias "iLka" Kaskanetas himself, he will depart from the organization due to financial difficulties in his life. However, the coach intends to guide his team through the VCL LE & NA 2023: Split 1 playoffs, after which he will part ways with the club on April 1st.

Due to financial difficulties, I have decided to part ways with RAAD and announce my status as a free agent starting April 1st. I intend to stay with the team in this playoff series, which will conclude in the next couple of weeks, so my availability begins on that day.

Under his leadership, Team RA'AD participated in the Red Bull Campus Clutch 2023 and Superdome 2023 Egypt - LE & NA Qualifier, where they failed to achieve victory. However, after some minor adjustments to the game roster, the team showed promising results in VCL LE & NA 2023: Split 1, securing a spot in the second split.

According to iLka's statement, he intends to continue his career as a coach, but it is currently unknown if he has received any offers.
