The long-awaited eighth episode has finally appeared in the game client. Along with the update, the developers brought a new map rotation, a unique set of skins, and the new Outlaw sniper rifle to Valorant, among other things.
First of all, the new patch changed many agents. It strengthened the infamous Deadlock, considered the weakest agent in the professional scene. In addition, the in-game store now features the Kuronami skin set, which has excited all game fans. The set includes a unique melee knife, which is a favorite feature of this set. Note that the Kuronami set is priced at 9,500VP, making it an Exclusive rarity.
Also, a new sniper rifle, the Outlaw, has been introduced in the game, which has already caused some dissatisfaction in the community. Players complain that the weapon is too strong and needs to be weakened in the next patch. Several skins for the rifle were released, but this is only a small part of the total number. Additionally, the eighth episode brought a new map rotation to Valorant. Icebox, which had been absent for 260 days, finally returned to the pool, and players have already found the first bugs on it.
