On January 28th, the open qualifiers for VCT 2024: Game Changers EMEA Stage 1 concluded. Now, the eight teams that have advanced to the closed qualifiers and three teams that received direct invitations are known.
Over two days, more than 100 teams competed for just eight slots in the closed part of the qualifiers. It's worth noting that Twisted Minds Orchid and ALTERNATE aTTaX Ruby, which had previously strengthened their rosters before the season's start, failed to secure a desired slot. Details regarding the teams that have advanced are provided below.
Currently, only eleven of the sixteen teams are known to be participating in the closed qualifiers. The remaining five teams will be announced later by Riot Games and will receive direct invitations to this stage.

The closed qualifiers for VCT 2024: Game Changers EMEA Stage 1 will start on February 3rd. Over two days, 16 teams will compete for the eight available slots in the first stage of the new Game Changers season, which begins on February 16th.
