Due to the restructuring of the Valorant roster, CGN Esports says goodbye to part of the coaching staff

Today, the German esports organization CGN Esports announced the start of major changes in the Valorant roster. The first of these was the farewell to the assistant coach Vincent "Zescht" Talmon-Gros.

In their official social networks, the German team reported on the difficult decision to end the collaboration with Zescht. Although the assistant coach has been with the team for only three months, he developed very warm relations with the organization, so they are sorry that the time has come to end their joint performance so quickly.

Starting the restructuring of our Valorant roster for the upcoming 2024 season, we made the difficult decision to part ways with Vincent "Zescht" Talmon-Gros. We would like to thank him for all his efforts during his time under the CGN banner. More updates about the roster will be coming soon.

Vincent "Zescht" Talmon-Gros joined the club only in September 2023. During his time as assistant coach, he helped the team to take 4th place at the A1 eSports VALORANT Cup #4, and later 3rd place at VALORANT Challengers 2023 DACH: Arcade. Overall, the assistant's performance can be considered positive, so it is unclear why the team decided to say goodbye to him.

As Zescht himself reported, he has already actively started looking for a new team. Vincent is ready to join as an assistant or coach in any region, so he is waiting for offers.
