The Turkish organization BBL Esports is expanding its coaching staff ahead of VCT 2024: EMEA Stage 1 by signing the former coach of Case Esports.
BBL Esports finished its last tournament, the VALORANT Champions Tour 2024: EMEA Kickoff, in last place, which led the team to miss the VALORANT Champions Tour 2024: Masters Madrid. Likely as a result, the team decided to strengthen its coaching staff by signing Juan "McJuankar" Mesa.
Under the guidance of Juan "McJuankar" Mesa, Case Esports won the Spanish league twice. He will now be assisting BBL Esports, joining the club as a strategic coach/analyst.
VCT 2024: EMEA Stage 1 will take place from April 2nd to May 12th, 2024. Eleven partner teams will be competing for three invitations to the upcoming Masters Shanghai, as well as EMEA Points, which are necessary for qualification to the world championship.
