Bati leaves Portuguese SAW team in Valorant after ten months of cooperation

Today, representatives of the Portuguese organization SAW announced changes to their current Valorant roster. Information revealed that Miguel "Bati" Batista, who has been part of the club for 10 months, is officially leaving the roster.

Despite the fact that Miguel has been inactive in the club's lineup for the last few months, the organization still warmly bid farewell to the player and acknowledged all his merits and contributions to the team.

We announce the final departure of Bati from the team lineup. We want to thank him for all the time spent in SAW and for his contribution to team life. We wish him luck in the future.

Fans of both the player and the team reacted more sadly to the departure. One reader stated that Bati inspired all fans, and the entire collective should thank him.

Thank you for everything, captain, you inspire many people, this team form thanks you. I wish you all the best in the future, as I believe you will be able to achieve your goals. Once a warrior, always a warrior.

Miguel "Bati" Batista joined the SAW lineup in January 2023 and immediately demonstrated excellent results. Thanks to his high-class play, the team earned victories in both stages of Valorant Challengers 2023 Portugal: Tempest Split. Following this, the club was invited to the VCT 2023: Ascension EMEA contender's league, and although they did not manage another victory, the players showed their best side and took 4th place among all participants.

After the official announcement of his departure from the club, Miguel stated that he does not plan to take a break in his career. He is ready to listen to new proposals, and also has the possibility of moving to any other region.
