Today, on their public Twitter page, the Indian organization Aster Army announced another addition to their roster. On November 6th, Pranav "Kohliii" Kohli departed the team and joined Grayfox Esports, while Atharv "Rio" Ahire will step in as a replacement in the main roster.
Throughout his career, Rio has participated in various competitions, with his most significant achievement being at VALORANT Challengers 2023: South Asia, where he secured the 9th position alongside MLT Esports. Although the result might not be overly impressive, it marked a significant milestone in his career, as he hadn't previously had the opportunity to showcase his skills on a big stage.
Atharv "Rio" Ahire will be a fantastic addition to the current Aster Army lineup. With ample experience, he is expected to seamlessly take on the role of the team captain without encountering any issues.
In the near future, the Aster Army squad anticipates smooth training sessions with the new lineup, gearing up for the upcoming 2024 season without any scheduled encounters.
