Aster Army signs two more players to the current Valorant roster

The main roster of the Indian esports organization Aster Army for Valorant is being reinforced by two new players, as announced on the team's official social networks. Daivik "DcRulz" Chauhan and Rajiv "LeVi" Satpute are joining the team today.

Among the two new players, LeVi is the most experienced, having started his journey in Valorant in early 2021. Although he mainly played on the tier-3 scene during this time and didn't change many teams, with his most recent and most famous team, Orangutan, he won 2 stages of Valorant Challengers 2023: South Asia Split 1 and Split 2. The victory in the latter allowed the team to qualify for the Valorant Challengers Ascension 2023.

DcRulz is less experienced than his new colleague, starting his Valorant career in April 2022. He has only been a part of one renowned club, Medal Esports. With them, he did not achieve any particular success or win any titles.

The team has shown decent performance since the beginning of the season, winning the open qualifiers for Valorant Challengers 2023: South Asia Split 1, where they later finished in 4th place. In the second stage, Aster Army took the 3rd place, which closed their way to the Valorant Challengers Ascension 2023. Despite this, the team is currently competing in the EMG Pro Series: South Asia, so the changes in the main roster during the competitive season are somewhat surprising. We will monitor whether the newcomers will help the team secure a victory in the tier-3 tournament and how they will perform during matches.
