After parting ways with the head coach, Turtle Troop signs two players for Valorant roster

The American, organization-less team Turtle Troop, despite all challenges, is preparing to participate in the upcoming Challengers league. Today, it was revealed that the team has been bolstered by two new players who have previously competed at the highest stage of Valorant.

As a reminder, Turtle Troop, facing financial difficulties, ended their cooperation with the head coach yesterday, as we reported in our article. Now, after the announcement of who will join the gaming roster, it can be assumed that the head coach was dismissed in order to increase financial expenditures for the two new players. The team's new members will be Brenden "stellar" McGrath and Corey "corey" Nigra, as announced on the team's official Twitter account.

Welcome to the Turtle Troop family, Brenden "stellar" McGrath and Corey "corey" Nigra. We are thrilled to have them on board as we prepare for Challengers 2024. Get ready to see Turtle Troop making a comeback this season!

Both newcomers joining the team are well-known professional players. Brenden "stellar" McGrath played for over a year with 100Thieves, finishing 5-8th at LOCK//IN São Paulo. Corey "corey" Nigra, on the other hand, spent most of his career with TSM, securing second place at the first stage of the Ludwig x Tarik Invitational.

With the addition of these two professionals, the Turtle Troop roster for Valorant is now fully formed and ready for upcoming challenges. However, it should be noted that the team needs to perform well in the upcoming season and win several tournaments to afford the services of such renowned players.
