After Juv3nile's departure, Leviatan begins the search for a new coach

The Argentinian organization Leviatan had a fantastic season in the VCT, finishing 3rd at Valorant Champions 2024. However, despite their success, changes within the roster have occurred, and the team is now searching for a new coach for their Valorant squad.

Team performance and farewells

As mentioned, the current season for Leviatan was quite good. The team finished 3rd in VCT 2024: Americas Stage 1, then won VCT 2024: Americas Stage 2, and later secured 3rd place at VALORANT Champions 2024. Despite this, changes still happened. At the end of August, the organization decided to part ways with assistant coach Preston "Juv3nile" Dorno. A few days later, core player Roberto "Mazino" Bugueño announced he was leaving the team. Search for a new candidate

It is clear that the team needs new members, and the management first started by looking for a new coach. The current head coach, Dimitar "Itopata" Staev, announced the search for a new candidate on his social media. Interestingly, the requirements are quite simple for a tier-1 team with two world champions on the roster. Coaches interested in applying must have experience in tier-2 scenes or higher and be willing to relocate to Latin America.

Community reactions

In the comments of this post, Leviatan fans and general esports enthusiasts started offering their suggestions. Among the most popular names were well-known coaches and media personalities like f0bia, Nbs, BigTime, Fr0m, and many others. However, not all suggested options meet the requirements, leaving some fans disappointed.

At this moment, it is unknown when the coach selection process will be finalized. We will have to wait for official information from Leviatan representatives or an announcement from the new member.
