The group stage of VCT 2025: Americas Stage 1 continues, and yesterday the second game week ended, after which there will be a short four-day break. Two matches were played as part of the sixth game day, and we'll tell you about the results below.

2GAME Esports vs LOUD

In the first match, we were waiting for a meeting between the newcomers to the VCT scene 2GAME Esports and the experienced LOUD team. And despite the fact that the latter were the favorites, they failed to justify this term. 2GAME won the additional rounds on their rival's choice Lotus with a score of 14:12, after which, although not without problems, they again became winners on their choice Pearl with a score of 13:11.

Leviatan vs Cloud9

In the second match, the audience was waiting for a fight between teams of equal strength, but the result was also unexpected. Instead of a tense and even fight, Cloud9 simply destroyed their opponents Leviatan on two maps without a chance: 13:8 on Split and 13:3 on Ascent, thus winning their second victory in the event.

VCT 2025: Americas Stage 1 takes place from March 21 to May 4 in LAN format at Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles. Twelve VCT Americas partner teams will compete for three invitations to Masters Toronto, as well as Americas Points, which will determine the teams that qualify for Champions 2025.
