Moreover, Neon is a rather specific agent, whose mechanics are tied to movement speed. First of all, you should learn to master his flash Blindside, which is not so easy to throw since it explodes only after bouncing off objects. You need to combine the flash with the teleport Gatecrash, which is used with a delay, and you need to precisely time it.
