The Phaseguard collection is a new approach to skin creation in VALORANT. Riot Games has developed a series that combines futurism, realistic design, and narrative background. According to the lore, the development of this weapon was handled by Chamber to compensate for his Earth's technological lag behind the Alpha world. In this article, you'll find everything — from the features of each skin and the content of the PHASEGUARD collection to the price and release date.
Collection content
The Phaseguard collection includes four types of weapons, and as usual, a knife:
- Vandal
- Bulldog
- Ghost
- Outlaw
- Melee
- Graffiti
- Gun Buddy

Overview of each Phaseguard skin

Vandal
This is the star of the collection. PHASEGUARD's Vandal is a mix of military aesthetics and science fiction.
- 3 grip variants, randomly selected upon purchase.
- Unique pose in alternative aiming mode.
- New reload animation.
- Dynamic weapon inspect — with holographic effects.
- Firing sound inspired by classics (the "Recon" series).
- Kill-banner: image of the killed agent on the weapon’s holographic display.
- Banner color changes depending on visual style, which includes four types: default, blue, black, gold.

Bulldog
A tactical rifle with an aggressive appearance. Has two grip variants, randomly selected upon purchase. In alt-fire mode, it receives a new aiming stance that makes the skin feel more dynamic and “weighty.” Kill effects and holograms — the same as Vandal’s.

Outlaw
A new-type sniper rifle that looks like it was built in an interdimensional spy lab. Recoil, shot sound, and hit effect — all tuned for maximum impact. Visually feels powerful, almost explosive.

Knife
The melee weapon in the collection is a real showpiece:
- Reverse grip, which looks like a gadget from a sci-fi action movie.
- Inspect animation is “spammy,” can be spun like a fidget toy.
- 4 attack styles, including spinning.
- Alt attack — a throw styled like a “multiverse barrier breach.”

Variants
All skins are available in four colors:
- Default
- Blue
- Black
- Gold

Price
The price fully reflects the uniqueness and features of the bundle, so it won’t come cheap — a single skin will cost 2475 VP, while the full collection will be 9900 VP. No exact info on the knife, but predictions estimate its cost at 5350 VP or 4950 VP.
PHASEGUARD is a series for those who want to look not just good, but technologically powerful — and to own something brand new, as no previous collection has had animations like these. In addition to its technical features, the collection is part of VALORANT’s broader lore, much of which Riot has yet to reveal.
