MODDII utilizes the ZOWIE EC1-A mouse set to a DPI of 400 and an in-game sensitivity of 2.20, resulting in an effective eDPI of 880. This combination is favored by many top players for its balance between precision and the ability to make quick, controlled flicks, offering a reliable blend of accuracy and responsiveness during high-stakes matches.

MODDII's crosshair is built on the 'Classic Static' style, featuring a compact design with a gap of -4, length of 2, and thickness of 1, without a center dot or outline.
