The developers of Counter-Strike 2 have released a comprehensive update for the shooter. It mainly affected various maps, specifically visibility on them and clipping improvement. The patch notes were released on Valve's official blog.
Maps
Inferno
- Improved bomb visibility when planted in the B site fountain.
- Improved grenade bounce behavior on roof and stone models to make it more predictable.
- Part of the balcony railing has been removed.
- The A site garage door has been adjusted for better visibility and clipping.
- Fixed a lighting error on the Inferno map from the Workshop.
- Various micro-gaps have been fixed.
- Overall improvements in clipping and movement.
Overpass
- Removed or changed models and textures to improve visibility.
- Adjusted lighting in certain areas to improve visibility.

Nuke
- Fixed clipping in the doorway frames of the ramp to prevent incorrect grenade bounces.
- Collision corrected in the doorways from the ramp to B site for accuracy.

- Fixed instances where players were partially visible through the garage door in the lobby.
- Removed dynamic light in "squeaky" so that shadows don't reveal a player's position through the doorway.

Dust 2
- Microcracks in the box models have been fixed.
Anubis
- Micro-cracks in the box models have been fixed.
- Grenade passage at point B and around it has been adjusted to prevent grenades from getting stuck in hard-to-reach places.
- Numerous instances where thrown weapons would pass through the map's geometry have been fixed.
- Numerous holes and cracks in the map have been fixed.
- A lack of collision in geometry, which allowed C4 to be thrown out of the map, has been corrected.
- Several areas where players could boost and gain an unfair viewing advantage of the map have been removed.
- Lighting issues near the CT spawn have been fixed.
- Player visibility at the center of the map has been improved.
- CT spawn has been improved.
- Overall improvement in clipping and movement.
Office
- Visibility at CT respawn around the van has been improved.
- Some gaps causing lighting bugs have been fixed.
- Some lighting artifacts on boxes at low settings have been corrected.
- Movement in the vending machine has been disabled.

Vertigo
- Collision with stairs that blocked bullets and grenades has been fixed.
- Steel beams with incorrect surface properties have been corrected.

Mirage
- Various issues with shooting through surfaces have been fixed.
- Overall improvement in clipping and movement.
Ancient
- Fog settings have been adjusted for better visibility.
- Micro-cracks in the box models have been fixed.
- Multiple holes and cracks in the map have been fixed.
- Visibility settings in the donut area have been adjusted.
- Shooting issues through wooden panels near point B have been fixed.
- Material properties on some tarp models have been adjusted.

Miscellaneous
- Some instances where weapons could fall or clip through the map have been fixed.
- An error that caused self-inflicted Molotov damage to be wrongly attributed as damage to teammates has been corrected.
- Optimization of flashbang effects and fragmentation grenade effects.
- Various error corrections and changes in weapon finishes and stickers.
- Code added to correct the loss of packets that arrive quickly out of order. These packets were displayed as losses on the network graph.
- A bug where SDR routing could sometimes choose the second-best route upon immediate connection and then stick to that route for too long has been fixed.
Earlier, one of the portals discovered a reduction in the size of the spray in CS2 compared to CS:GO. It has decreased by about 8-10%.
