M80 will start 2025 with stand-in

M80 faced a problem at the very beginning of 2025. Ethan "reck" Serrano will miss the first tournaments of the season due to a leg fracture. According to dust2.us, he will be replaced by Nils "k1to" Gruhne, who is currently a free agent.

Problems for M80

reck's injury occurred at an inconvenient time for the team. After the failure at the Perfect World Shanghai Major in November, M80 aimed to start the new year with confident results. However, with the scene transitioning to the Valve Ranking System, success in the first tournaments of 2025 will be critical for invitations to major tournaments and the chances of participating in the BLAST.tv Austin Major, which will be the first major in North America in seven years.

k1to's Statistics

Currently, k1to is a free agent. Previously, he played for BIG and OG, where for the latter, he competed last year and their best result was second place at the Skyesports Masters 2024. k1to's statistics for 2024 are not the best, with a modest rating of 5.4, which is quite low.
