FaZe player Robin "ropz" Kool spoke about the situation in the team amid rumors about the possible departure of Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken. The team is currently in Shanghai for CS Asia Championships 2023.
The Estonian noted in an interview with HLTV that Twistzz has not yet signed a new contract with another team, so ropz cannot say too much. The team tries to read as few rumors as possible and stay off the Internet.

There is a good atmosphere inside the team now and it translates into good results: FaZe won IEM Sydney 2023 and Thunderpick World Championship 2023 and reached the semifinals of CS Asia Championships 2023. Moreover, the team is currently on a streak of 13 consecutive victories. The team is pleased with the achievements after a long bad period.
Nothing is confirmed yet, so I can't speak much on this. All we can do is just stay away from the internet and not read too much into these to not mess with our heads. Inside the team we have a really good vibe right now and the results are showing that. Everyone is feeling super, super good, we finally have success after having a bad half of the year previously.Robin "ropz" Kool
According to multiple sources, Twistzz will be leaving FaZe after BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023. The Canadian turned down offers from Falcons and Vitality and decided to return to Liquid, where he already played from 2017 to 2020.
