FMPONE, one of the most famous map developers for Counter-Strike, has published new screenshots of the updated version of the legendary Cache map. The screenshots showcase the noticeable changes to the map design that CS2 fans are eagerly anticipating.
Progress in the development of Cache
FMPONE posted four screenshots from different parts of the map on social media. This caused a stir among the community, as the map has long been discussed as one of the potential candidates for returning to active rotation in the new version of the game.
What changes are in store for us?
Looking at the screenshots, you can see that the updated version of Cache retains its recognizable structure, but at the same time adds new visual and possibly gameplay changes. Industrial buildings and streets remain the main elements of the map, but the design looks much fresher and more realistic thanks to updated lighting and object detailing.
Questions about inclusion in the CS2 map
Although there is no official information yet on when the map will be completed and whether it will return to the professional tournament map, Counter-Strike fans are looking forward to the update. Cache has been one of the most popular maps among players for a long time, and its return could refresh the gameplay for both professionals and amateurs.
