CS:GO broke the online record again

Yesterday, our favorite game broke its online record 2 times in a row!

As we can see, the online graph is on an upward slope, reaching 2,000,000 simultaneous players in small but very confident steps!

Initially, around 8:00 PM, 1,710,052 players joined the game at the same time!

After that, closer to midnight, approximately 100 thousand unique accounts were added to this number, and as a result, the online peak was registered at the new mark - 1,802,853.

Why is online growing?

I want to ask everyone who said the game is already dead, how are you there?

Online growth may depend on several factors:

  • New capsules with team stickers and player autographs were recently added to the game for the last major in this game version - BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023! You can find more about stickers here.
  • Also, with this update, Viewer Pass was added to the game, which is very necessary to place your Pickem for this tournament. Read more about Viewer Pass here.
  • However, many people still need to get their cherished access to the alpha version of the CS2. And based on numerous guesses, the permanent online can give you this access.
  • And lastly, relatively recently, the game added an opportunity to buy a souvenir box called "Anubis," who knows, sometimes there are still people who ask for luck?)

Let us remind you that the last CS:GO Major - BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 will be held from May 8 to 21, 2023, where teams will compete for $1.2 million!
