Valve has released a small update for Counter-Strike 2. The primary focus is on bug fixes and enhancing the user experience. The update is 497 MB in size and affects both gameplay and visual elements.
The main change was made to the map Inferno. Collision on the scaffolding at point B has been fixed. Now players will not encounter bugs related to movement or wall-banging in this area.
Interface and Command Fixes
- Fixed an issue on the team selection screen for servers without a time limit. This functionality now works correctly.
- Resolved a problem with the
annotation_load
command, which previously could cause crashes. - Fixed game crashes when using the
give item_assaultsuit
command.
Changes in Weapon Animations
Valve has made adjustments to the rarity of weapon inspection animations:

- Adjustment of the rare inspection animation for the AK-47. It now appears less frequently, as originally intended.
- The rare inspection animation for Desert Eagle has been restored, which was previously disabled due to a bug.
