Bymas about his dreams of returning to FaZe and rethinking the proposal of Monte

Bymas about his dreams of returning to FaZe and rethinking the proposal of Monte

Aurimas “Bymas” Pipiras is a rising star, breaking through to the high level of Counter-Strike with incredible skill and determination. In a recent interview for Strafe, Bymas shared his thoughts and experiences.

After a trial period in FaZe Clan, he ended up in MOUZ for a couple years before joining his friends in Into The Breach. After an unfortunate turn of events, he went inactive as a member of Into The Breach. During his time in the game, he took second place at DreamHack Masters Winter 2020: Europe and another second place at Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022, all with MOUZ.

When FaZe took Bymas on probation he was only 16 years old, what did the team expect from him, here is what Bymas said about it.

I don't know what they expected, but I think NiKo saw how well I was playing in the FPL and expected me to play just as well in the professional arena. I didn't have the time and I always think that if I had the experience of being a teammate, things would have been different.

Asked if he would be willing to accept a challenge if such an opportunity presented itself in four years' time, Bymas said that it would indeed be a dream come true, but he feels it is necessary to join a lower level team first, aiming perhaps for the top-30 or even top-20, saying that he would be very excited about such an opportunity. However, he emphasized the unpredictability of Counter-Strike, citing examples such as the fluctuating results of G2, highlighting how quickly fortunes can change in the game. Reflecting on his own path, he mentioned the sudden opportunities that arose in MOUZ and FaZe Clan, highlighting the fickle nature of a CS career full of ups and downs, and ultimately expressed his admiration for FaZe Clan as an organization at the top in CS, with its popularity and roster of players.

The next team after FaZe and MOUZ was ITB I wonder why he chose the offer from them and were there others?

I think first of all, I know all the players and the manager very well. Basically I had two offers, Monte and ITB. Boros was Monte's star player and they had just sold him, so I wasn't sure about my decision, plus both teams were ranked in the top eight, so I thought for a long time and decided to join ITB.
But our main problem with ITB was that we didn't have a proper structure and we played raw without much of a plan.
That was probably a mistake. If I had to reconsider my decision, I would join Monte if we went back in time.
The best thing about ITB was the players, we were all good friends and it was a fun time but unfortunately without results.

Now Bymas is not performing anywhere and is inactivated, maybe he is waiting for any offers from the team to come back with new strength and fulfill his dream.
