
In the new patch 25.4, Riot Games will introduce a number of changes affecting champions and game systems. This update is expected to include both buffs and nerfs for popular heroes, as well as balance adjustments to items.
Summoner's Rift
Champion Buffs
Ashe, Ekko, Gangplank, Nautilus, Sion, Teemo, Yasuo, and Jayce will receive buffs, which may increase their popularity in the current meta.

Game System Balance

Item Buffs
The following items will receive buffs:
- Merc Treads: price reduced from 1300 to 1250 gold.
- Symbiotic Soles: movement speed bonus increased from 35 to 40.
Item Nerfs
Several key items will face nerfs:
- Abyssal Mask: magic resistance decreased from 50 to 45.
- Fimbulwinter: base shield reduced from 100-180 to 100, current mana coefficient of 4.5% remains unchanged.
- Heartsteel: percentage conversion of damage to max health reduced from 10% to 8%.
- Plated Steelcaps: damage block reduced from 12% to 10%.
- Unending Despair: fixed damage of 8-15 removed, now depends solely on 3% bonus HP.
Adjustments
- Infinity Edge: cost reduced from 3600 to 3450, AD decreased from 70 to 65.
Update 25.4 aims to enhance meta diversity and adjust dominant strategies and champions. How significantly it will impact game balance will be revealed in the first matches after the patch's release.
