In the new patch 25.4, Riot Games will implement a series of changes affecting champions and game systems. This update is expected to include both buffs and nerfs for popular heroes, as well as balance adjustments to items.
Summoner's Rift
Champion Buffs:
Ashe, Ekko, Gangplank, Nautilus, Rakan, Sion, and Yasuo will receive buffs, which may increase their popularity in the current meta. Teemo will get improvements as a jungler, and Jayce will have his attack speed on W in ranged form adjusted to compensate for the removal of the cap.

Champion Nerfs:

Minor changes will affect Mel, Diana, Elise, and a bug related to Twitch's game mechanics will be fixed.

Item Buffs:
Items like Merc Treads and Symbiotic Soles will be improved, enhancing their effectiveness in crowd control resistance and mobility.
Item Nerfs:
Abyssal Mask, Fimbulwinter, Heartsteel, Plated Steelcaps, and Unending Despair will be nerfed, reducing their impact on the game.
Adjustments:
Infinity Edge will receive a balance change, the details of which are yet to be disclosed.
Update 25.4 aims to diversify the meta and adjust dominant strategies and champions. How significantly it will affect the game's balance will be revealed in the first matches after the patch release.
