Patch 25.13 has been confirmed as the official patch for MSI 2025. Riot Games is applying light tuning to a small group of champions, aiming to reinforce a few underperformers and slightly tone down those that spiked in solo queue following recent changes. The update signals confidence in the current meta ahead of international competition.
Dr. Mundo
Mundo will remain unchanged in this patch. Although his pick rate has grown due to a surge in community-driven content, his win rate has dropped. Riot attributes this to an influx of inexperienced players but notes that such a steep decline is unusual for a champion with a shallow mastery curve. Developers plan to monitor his performance further before making balance decisions.

Patch 25.13 builds on the broader set of changes introduced in patch 25.12. While that patch reshaped the landscape ahead of MSI, 25.13 serves as a final stabilization effort. With minimal disruption and targeted tuning, Riot aims to preserve champion diversity and competitive integrity during the international tournament cycle.
