Prepare yourself as well as your Pokédex, because The Pokémon Company has disclosed an exciting new partnership with Hershey’s! Combining two classic icons, chocolate and nostalgia, Hershey's Kisses are set to launch a Pokémon crossover later this year.

Every Pokémon fan would be thrilled at the thought of feasting on chocolates with Kanto Pokémon as designs. After all, who wouldn’t want to get their hands on Pikachu, Mewtwo and Bulbasaur wrappers? The good news is that now you can…sort of. Hershey’s Kisses are bringing out special edition Pokémon themed chocolate wrappers. Every Kiss will feature a different Pokémon from the original 151, even including Mew and Mewtwo.

Collect 'Em All

To take things to the next level, collectors can grab a limited-edition display case to store and show off their Pokémon Kiss collection. In addition to the physical case, fans will also be able to track their collection online, adding a modern twist to the chocolatey scavenger hunt. Trained retailers will offer these goodies in packages of 10 and 34 ounces. If you are an enthusiastic collector or just enjoy delicious chocolate, this collaboration seems to be an integral addition for Pokémon fans of any age.

The collaboration with Hershey’s is just one of many milestones in what Pokémon fans can expect to be an incredible year. Come this October, fans can look forward to the release of Pokémon Legends: Z-A for Nintendo Switch and the new Switch 2, which will take players back to Lumiose City in the Kalos region, sparking a new adventure. At the same time, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are receiving substantial performance upgrades on the Switch 2 which will deliver an even more polished experience for trainers all around.
