Jeff's Winter Splash Festival introduces a zone capture mode where players must control areas on the map using Jeff the Land Shark's unique abilities.

In this competitive mode, two teams of four players — all embodying Jeff — will battle for territory using his unique abilities. Teams will need to work together, firing festive projectiles at opponents and competing on winter-themed, festively decorated maps.

The developers were inspired by the vibrant zone battles in Splatoon when creating this mode, allowing Marvel Rivals players to experience similarly chaotic and fun gameplay. All participants will play as Jeff the Land Shark, adding humor and a festive atmosphere to this competitive mode.

Developers have confirmed that some maps will receive a winter redesign, adding snowy landscapes and festive decorations to the arenas. The update will also offer exclusive in-game purchases and limited cosmetics available in the store.
