Date Everything’s objective is to form relationships with the objects in your house. Using a pair of glasses called the Dateviator, you can interact with the Dateables and play out each of their storylines. Depending on your responses in every interaction, you can be Friends, Love or Hate them- which can lead to different endings.
Beverly is Dateable #31, the personification of Beverages. She has a bubbly and warm personality, though she tries too hard to put on a positive front. Her passion in mixology powers her through her failed experiences, having opened her bar more than four times with each attempt failing to bring in customers.
You can unlock any Dateable by wearing the Dateviator when interacting with the objects.
Beverly the Beverage can be found in the kitchen, right next to the trash can. Interact with the beverage cart to unlock her. She appears in the form of a woman with red-orange hair that flows like liquid, with a tiny umbrella and olives on a stick tucked in her hair. A large tea bag is tied at her waist, mimicking an apron. Her warm and enthusiastic energy beckons you to have a sip of her tasty concoctions.
For Beverly, the easiest relationship to achieve by far is Friends. Even when you are trying to stay on the Hate route, there is always an option to jump ship to a Friend route- which seems to be the default. Her Love route, however, requires some specific responses that are very easy to miss.
How To Get ‘Friends’ Status
To befriend Beverly, you will have to help her advertise her bar and encourage her every step of the way. Compliment her mixology skills and help her craft the bar's signature drink. You can choose to have drinks with her to celebrate, when the option pops up. While this may lead to her sharing her feelings while drunk, she will apologise to you the next day because you ‘had to see her like that’ and not let you romance her any further.
However, this route of drinking together has made Beverly glitch for some players and you might not be able to get any ending with her. You can use the Love route instead, then choose the response where you call her ‘buddy’. You will then achieve the Friends status.
How To Get ‘Love’ Status
On the Love route, you’re going to do the same thing if you were to befriend her. Help her with her bar by crafting the signature drink and asking Phoenicia to help advertise the bar online.
When you’re offered to drink with her to celebrate, make sure to reject her offers and choose non-alcoholic drinks instead. You should also prevent her from drinking by telling her that you mind if she drinks. The next day, you have the option to ask her if you’re both ‘more than buddies’. This prompts her to confess her feelings and you’ll achieve the Love status.
How To Get ‘Hate’ Status
To make Beverly hate you is not going to be as easy as it is with some other Dateables. Her enthusiastic personality and positive demeanor is hard to break. With every negative response, she deflects your rude behaviour and instead offers you another drink.
Keep constantly picking the mean responses like pouring out the drink that she made for you and picking bad taglines for her advertisement. When you have poured out the signature drink you crafted together, she will finally snap. She accuses you of sabotaging her bar and now Hates you.
There are 9 Collectables that you can collect by interacting with Beverly. All of these are drinks that you can order from her whenever you are offered.
At the end of each Dateables storyline, you can Realize them- bringing them to life. This leads to their Ending, where you hear the narrator narrating how they live their lives as real human beings. To reach these endings, you will need to use a Realization Recipe. The recipe entails how much points of each SPECS that you are going to need.
Here is the recipe to Realize Beverly:
Sometimes, you will not be able to Realize Dateables- even when you have the required amount of SPECS points. This is caused by their Unfurnished Business, where they are still needed to complete other Dateables’ storylines.
