The Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 tournament continues, and the Elimination Stage has brought a lot of emotions to both players and fans. Teams fought for playoff spots, and snipers continue to demonstrate their unique skills with AWP. Which of them impressed the most?

We analyzed statistics, including average kills per round (KPR) and damage per round (ADR), to identify the top 5 snipers of the Elimination Stage.

5. Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov 

The average KPR of m0NESY is 0.337 and ADR is 31.91. The young talent continues to impress with his reactions and accuracy, demonstrating why he is called one of the most promising players in modern CS2. In the decisive matches against BIG and 3DMAX, Ilya became a key factor in the victory, often winning duels against his opponents. His G2 team moved on with a 3-1 record, establishing themselves as one of the favorites for the title. G2 ended the Elimination Stage with a victory over FaZe, which further emphasized their form.

4. Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo 

FalleN finished the tournament with KPR 0.358 and ADR 32.25. This legendary Brazilian sniper remained the main driving force for his team throughout the entire stage. In the victories over paiN and Spirit, his play with AWP created instant pressure on the opponents. However, despite their best efforts, FURIA finished with a 2-3 record, losing to strong opponents Liquid, Vitality, and FaZe. FalleN's performance once again confirmed its high level, despite the unsuccessful result for the team.

3. Abdul “degster” Gasanov 

Degster's statistics are impressive: 0.366 KPR and 34.80 ADR. He has become a real engine for Heroic at this stage. Abdul demonstrated his skills in the decisive matches against Natus Vincere and BIG, where his accurate shots repeatedly changed the course of the rounds. Heroic finished the stage with a 3-2 record, defeating such powerful opponents as FaZe and NAVI. These victories put Heroic into the playoffs, where they will face even more difficult challenges.

2. Ádám “torzsi” Torzsás

torzsi has achieved a 0.397 KPR and 35.12 ADR, making him one of the best snipers in this stage. His consistency and accuracy helped MOUZ to win against paiN, 3DMAX and MIBR. He played an important role in the decisive matches, where his AWP allowed the team to control the pace of the game. Despite some difficulties, MOUZ moved on with a score of 3-2. Torzsi's performance once again confirmed his status as one of the leading snipers on the current scene.

1. Usukhbayar “910” Banzragch

The absolute leader of the ranking was “910”, who showed stunning statistics: 0.461 KPR and 41.03 ADR. His skill and coolness were decisive in the matches against Heroic, MOUZ, and G2. The MongolZ finished the stage with a perfect 3-0 record, losing only one map. 910 repeatedly impressed the audience with his highlights, including decisive clutches in critical situations. His play brought the team not only to the playoffs, but also the status of a dark horse of the tournament.

The Elimination Stage showed how important it is to have a strong sniper in the team. Usukhbayr “910” Banzraghch secured the status of the tournament's best sniper at this stage, while players like degster and torzsi demonstrate high stability and readiness for new challenges in the playoffs. Meanwhile, legends like FalleN have completed their performances in the tournament, leaving a bright mark in the memory of fans.
