The fifth and final week of the group stage of VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 1 is coming to an end. The last match will be between Fnatic and Team Heretics, and below we will analyze the form of both teams and try to guess the outcome.

Fnatic

Although the beginning of the current season brought Fnatic 5th-6th place ha VCT 2025: EMEA Kickoff, because of which the team did not qualify for the Master, now it has successfully rehabilitated and has not earned a single defeat in the group stage so far. In the last five matches, Fnatic has four wins over NAVI, Team Vitality, GIANTX and Apeks. One loss came against FUT Esports.

As it was mentioned above, Fnatic are now perfectly finishing the group stage with a total score of 4:0 on matches. That has already guaranteed the team a slot in the playoffs, and so in the future match, the only thing at stake will be the title of favorite, which both teams currently possess.

Team Heretics

Last year's EMEA region favorite, Team Heretics, now continue to hold the high ground. Although they finished 3rd at the VCT 2025: EMEA Kickoff, which was close to the prize, but still prevented them from qualifying for the Masters, the club is also undefeated at the current qualifiers. In their last five matches, Team Heretics have four wins over Team Vitality, GIANTX, Apeks and NAVI, but lost to Team Liquid.

Another favorite of their group, which thanks to a score of 4-0 also made it to the playoffs. So in the future match, the teams will only fight for the title of the strongest in their group Alpha.

VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 1 takes place from March 26 to May 18 in LAN-format at Riot Games Arena in Berlin. Twelve VCT EMEA partner teams will compete for 3 invitations to Masters Toronto, as well as EMEA Points, which are required to qualify for future World Championships.
