After winning the World Championship in 2023, 2024 season passed without any achievements for the team, and the current year started the same way. The team missed Masters Bangkok, and even at the qualifiers in their region, they look weak. In their last five matches, Evil Geniuses have two wins against FURIA and 2GAME Esports, but lost to MIBR, LOUD and 100Thieves.

Evil Geniuses look like one of the weakest teams in the region right now, having only beaten a newcomer from the dash-2 stage at the current qualifiers, and so they are likely to be in trouble in the future matchup.

VCT 2025: Americas Stage 1 takes place from March 21 to May 4 in LAN format at Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles. Twelve VCT Americas partner teams will compete for 3 invitations to Masters Toronto, as well as Americas Points, which are required to qualify for future World Championships.
