ZETA DIVISION GC player suzu announces search for a new team

On December 18, 2024, ZETA DIVISION GC player suzu declared herself LFT (Looking for Team) with the option of a buyout transfer. In her announcement, suzu stated that she is ready to play as a Duelist or Flex and expressed her openness to offers from various teams, including English-speaking ones:"I am happy to consider offers not only from GC but also from other organizations. I can communicate in English in-game, but I am still learning the language for conversational use."

suzu's Career in VALORANT

The 26-year-old suzu began her competitive VALORANT career in 2021, successfully transitioning from CSO and CS:GO. She became the first Japanese woman to achieve the solo rank of Radiant, cementing her reputation.

In February 2022, she joined her first professional team, Shikou Kouketsu, competing in the VCT 2021 Japan. In June 2022, suzu signed with ZETA DIVISION GC, later competing on loan with FENNEL HOTELAVA, where she won the VCT 2022 GC EAST ASIA and represented her team at the VALORANT GC 2022 Championship. After returning to ZETA DIVISION GC, suzu and her team secured back-to-back wins at VALORANT GC JAPAN 2023 and a second-place finish at VCT 2023 GC EAST ASIA.

In 2024, suzu helped her team become four-time Japanese champions, winning both Split 1 and Split 2. She also earned a second-place finish at the VCT 2024 GC Pacific in Bangkok and returned to the world stage at the VALORANT GC 2024 Championship, where her team placed sixth.

suzu's Key Specializations

suzu primarily excels as a Duelist, showcasing strong performances with Jett and Raze, achieving impressive K/D ratios of 1.18 and 1.34, respectively. During her time with FENNEL HOTELAVA in 2022, she successfully played as a Flex, taking on agents like Sova, Omen, Sage, Killjoy, and KAY/O, highlighting her versatility.
