Today, unexpected changes in the Outplayed team's Valorant roster became known. Main lineup member Giordano "Z3RO" Macioce is moving to the bench and is preparing to leave the team.
Giordano himself announced this information on his official Twitter account. The player stated that although he is still considered part of Outplayed, the club's management has allowed him to look for new opportunities.
Giordano "Z3RO" Macioce joined the team only in January 2024, and managed to showcase his skills at just one official tournament. VALORANT Challengers 2024 Italy: Rinascimento Split 1 ended in a 6th place finish for the team, as a result of which Outplayed players lost the opportunity to advance to the next stage. Such results are most likely the reason for Giordano's swift departure from the team.
It is still unknown who will replace the player in the team, but considering that Outplayed has no tournaments planned, the club's management has enough time to find a replacement.
