GoNext Esports organization representatives announced their updated roster for the VCT 2024 season. The lineup includes the 2021 world champion - Aleksander "zeek" Zygmunt, as well as a new head coach.

Today, September 22, the renewed team lineup was officially introduced, which will not only play during the off-season but also in the upcoming Challengers league season. Apart from the 2021 world champion, the roster has welcomed a new head coach - Kirian "Yaba" Martínez, replacing Fistie, who now assumes the role of a strategic coach. This lineup has already secured a convincing 2:0 map victory in their debut match at the first VALORANT East: United: Season 2: Stage 3 - League against Eco Chalks.

The updated GoNext Esports roster consists of

  • Aleksander "zeek" Zygmunt
  • Kostas "tsack" Theodoropoulos
  • Michał "BULD" Sokal
  • Dawid "PROFEK" Święć
  • Balázs "Chadi" Farsang
  • Kirian "Yaba" Martínez (Head Coach)
  • Fistie (Strategic Coach)

Aleksander "zeek" Zygmunt, despite his triumph at Valorant Champions 2021, faced a series of setbacks after his massive success. Following the conclusion of the world championship, Acend with which he triumphed, couldn't get back into their regular rhythm and had a disappointing 2022 season. Subsequently, the Polish player left the team and joined Team Heretics. He played with them for more than six months but in the midst of the VCT EMEA League season, he departed from the Spanish club. Since then, he has played in three different teams, including GoNext Esports, with which he aims to return to the tier-1 Valorant scene.
