With the departure of JP Teixeira, rumors about the disbandment of the MIBR Female Valorant roster are intensifying

Last week, coach João "JP" Teixeira announced that his contract with MIBR had officially ended. He stated that he is concluding his career as a coach and analyst and intends to transition into a managerial role.

Throughout his brief career, JP showcased his skills in just two teams. In 2022, he joined Gamelanders Blue, where he spent a year. It's challenging to attribute the team's transformation to his guidance, as their performance declined after his arrival. The same situation unfolded with MIBR Female, where under his leadership, they couldn't achieve an improvement in their results.

In his Twitter profile, he announced his intention to continue his career as a manager in League of Legends, Valorant, or Rainbow Six Siege.

I've had this desire for a long time (to work as a manager). Today, after several good years in esports, I understand that my profile aligns more with the management area than any other role. Organizations that have shown interest have excellent feedback on my work in people management.

With his departure, rumors about the disbandment of the MIBR Female Valorant roster are becoming more plausible. It's possible that we will soon learn about several more players leaving the Brazilian club. JP added that he is undergoing the "Sports Management and High Performance" program and has almost 10 years of experience in esports.
