The Brazilian organization MIBR has announced the signing of Andrew "Verno" Maust to its Valorant roster. The former NRG Esports player, who was recently benched, will now compete under the MIBR banner.
Rumors have been confirmed, and Verno has officially become MIBR’s fifth player, as well as the only international member in the Brazilian lineup. This could pose a challenge in the future—if Verno does not speak Portuguese, the team will have to communicate in English, potentially affecting the quality and speed of their communication. Whether this becomes an issue will soon be revealed in their first match of VCT 2025: Americas Stage 1.
