Valorant may introduce a hardware ban system, but not to combat cheaters, but to punish players for toxic behavior. This was announced by the game's executive producer, Anna Donion.
We have some challenges ahead of us, but it will definitely be possible in the future.Donion said
Her words came after a video was posted on Twitter showing a Valorant player insulting a girl in voice chat.
The Valorant community has long been urging developers to take tougher action against toxic players. Hardware bans could be such a solution, as they would prevent banned players from simply creating a new account and continuing to play.
Is there any possibility that in the future we will receive some type of permanent ban on ALL accounts logged into HWID for this type of user?

Most of them create secondary accounts just to do this to other people, it would be cool to see ALL their accounts get banned together
However, this system also raises concerns, as some players fear they may be banned by mistake. How exactly the hardware ban system will work in Valorant is unknown at this time, as Riot Games has not yet shared any details.
