Valorant has once again claimed the title of "Best Esports Game of the Year" at the 2024 Esports Awards. The official announcement was made on August 24 during the award ceremony, where the trophy was presented to a representative from Riot Games.

During the ceremony, the Riot Games representative expressed gratitude to the players, community, and teams:

We love you all. Thank you for your courage and ambitions that have made Valorant what it is today. This year has been remarkable for Valorant, with the most-watched championships and the game's launch in the Chinese market.

It's worth noting that this is Valorant's fourth consecutive win in this category, having previously received the same title in 2021, 2022, and 2023, maintaining its dominance on the esports scene.

This year, the game became available in China and was released on Xbox and PS5 consoles, leading to significant audience growth and increased popularity.
