Tixinha Invitational Kicks Off in South America

On December 9, the Tixinha Invitational, the first official off-season tournament of the year, began in South America. The event is organized by renowned commentator Tixinha. Teams competing in the tournament include LOUD, MIBR, FURIA, KRÜ Esports, 2GAME Esports, ShindeN, as well as Galorys and THE 7, who secured first and second place in Split 3 Challengers.

Tournament Format and Schedule

The competition runs from December 10 to December 16 and consists of two stages: the group stage and the playoffs. During the group stage, teams will play in a round-robin format. Group winners will advance to the finals, while the runners-up will compete for third place.

An intriguing feature of the tournament is the introduction of a new rule: by mutual agreement, the character Neon is banned from selection.

The group stage will continue through December 15, with two matches each day. The final matches — the championship and the third-place decider — are scheduled for December 16.
