The captain of another Brazilian organization, LOUD, during the interview, expressed great enthusiasm for the MIBR staff's approach to selecting players for the new roster. He noted that the selection process was conducted very seriously, with a significant amount of testing of candidates before making a decision.

I really liked the approach that MIBR had. They tested an infinite number of players and had a lot to compare with.

Matias "Saadhak" Delipetro also pointed out a player who, in his opinion, was lacking in the roster this year, namely Matheus "mazin" Araújo, who joined MIBR as the new team captain. In the end, he expressed satisfaction with the updated MIBR roster, which managed to retain strong players and find the captain they were missing.

I really liked that they picked up mazin, a guy who has more of a leader's profile. This was one of the things that MIBR lacked this year, that leadership figure. They kept the base of the players, who are very good. So I think they really made progress.
