Recent online reports highlight unusual behavior of Raze's ultimate ability. Users are posting videos where the Showstopper doesn't kill the opponent even when shot at close range, or ricochets off a wall.
HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?

In the first video, Raze fires a rocket directly at Jett's feet, but she jumps at the last moment, resulting in the ultimate charge not killing her. Users found this video quite odd, since Raze's ability deals damage based on distance to the explosion radius, and in the video, Jett was extremely close. It's unclear why the ultimate didn't kill her.

The second video was posted by streamer JRM, in which the rocket from the ultimate strangely bounces off a wall and ricochets back to the streamer. This seems very unusual, as the Showstopper shot is not supposed to ricochet due to its mechanics. It can be assumed that this might just be a visual bug caused by latency.
