The story lasting one year: Jakee leaves Cloud9 Valorant roster

The American organization Cloud9 has announced the departure of another Valorant player, Jake "jakee" Anderson, who spent exactly one year in the active roster.

A year ago, on March 27, 2023, Jake "jakee" Anderson joined Cloud9 and became a player in the main lineup. During this period, the team participated in a significant number of tournaments, but only one of them ended in a championship - the TEN Valorant Global Invitational. The total prize fund earned by the club over this year amounts to $47,123.

With the departure of another player from the roster, only three players remain in the team, and there is less than two weeks left until the next tournament. This situation could negatively impact the team's results. The Cloud9 roster currently looks as follows:

Despite the fact that the roster currently consists of only three players, the team will have to participate in the VALORANT Champions Tour 2024: Americas League - Stage 1, which starts on April 6th. This tournament will award three slots for the next Masters tournament from the American region.
