The productivity coach who led the European tops Fnatic to the top in 2023 is leaving the team

Today it became known about the changes in the lineup of the top-1 team of the EMEA region Fnatic, but fortunately for all fans, they do not concern the players. The team representatives announced that the main productivity coach Youenn “Youenn” Rocaboy, who helped the team achieve success in 2023, is leaving the organization.

It should be reminded that the “Oranges” are one of the few teams that did not make changes to the main playing squad after the end of VCT 2023. The team said goodbye to inactive members, representatives of the coaching staff, and today this trend continued. In their official Twitter account, the organization representatives stated that it was time to say goodbye to the main productivity coach Youenn “Youenn” Rocaboy, and thanked him for his contribution to the life of the Valorant team.

Today we part ways with the VALORANT team's productivity coach Youenn “Youenn” Rocaboy, and now he is exploring new opportunities beyond Fnatic. Thank you for joining us on an incredible journey last year, and we wish you all the best in the future.

Youenn “Youenn” Rocaboy joined the team in February 2023, just before the start of a remarkable winning streak. Thanks to his guidance, the team had an incredible season, during which it became the only club to win two consecutive international VCT tournaments, LOCK//IN São Paulo and Masters Tokyo. Later, the “Oranges” also took second place in the EMEA League regional competitions and fourth place at the World Championship.

As we wrote above, Fnatic parted ways with substitute players, as well as several members of the coaching staff, including Youenn. The team is unlikely to plan to start the new season without support, so it can be assumed that several new members will be announced soon.
