The Malaysian organization Team Path is disbanding its Valorant division

Today, sad news has emerged for all fans of the Malaysian Valorant scene. The organization Team Path has made the difficult decision to dissolve its division and disband the current Valorant team.

In their official social networks, Team Path representatives published a large address to all their fans. It states that this difficult decision should be seen not as a complete end, but merely as a step back, after which the organization will become even stronger.

With a heavy heart, we announce the departure of our VALORANT roster. From victories and defeats in the championship to amazing events and community content, we would like to thank you and wish them luck in their future endeavors. While this chapter ends, it's not a goodbye, but rather a sincere "until we meet again." With this news, Team Path will take a step back on the competitive VALORANT scene.

The organization appeared on the competitive Valorant scene at the beginning of 2022 when it announced its first roster. During this time, the team achieved significant success on the Malaysian scene. Among the achievements, the team secured second place at Predator League Malaysia 2024 and third place at Cloudy Tournament: Malaysia and Singapore Rivalry. Unfortunately, the team's story ends on a less positive note. At the last open qualifiers of the Challengers League 2024 Malaysia/Singapore: Split 1, the team lost its chance to advance into the main competitive season.

The last roster of Team Path includes

  • Hazim “kye” Salihuddin
  • Dzul “Wrath” Hilmie
  • Darwish “toggle” Hakim
  • Muhammad “zeeq” Hazeeq
  • Faishal “Pecal” Afiq
  • Asyam “Rexx” Syayuti

The future fate of the Valorant division is still unknown, but considering the management's statement, it can be assumed that the organization will return with a new team in the future. We will be waiting for official comments from the players.
