The main star of the EDward Gaming women's team will miss the upcoming world championship

There's sad news for all fans of the Chinese Valorant scene on the internet. One of the participants from Chao Hui EDward Gaming, Lizhi, announced that she will miss the upcoming Game Changers Championship due to health problems.

In her official social networks, the Chinese esports player Lizhi shared unexpected news. She revealed that she will miss the upcoming world championship due to health issues that arose after a recent surgery. She apologizes to fans for being unable to meet their expectations.

My health is very poor. It's not that I don't want to go; I simply can't. Going there and being in such an unfamiliar place, and what if I can't sleep? I might get sick again. Even a slight change in the air, even a little cooling, can seriously affect me now. It seems like just a few days ago, when the air suddenly got colder, I almost felt like I was at my limit.

Lizhi is one of the key figures in Chao Hui EDward Gaming. She joined the team in its starting lineup, which was formed only in June 2023, and has shown excellent performance on the competitive scene in such a short period. The team won an easy victory at VCT 2023: Game Changers East Asia, which earned them a slot in the upcoming tournament.

As officially announced by the organization, a girl from Hong Kong, Blue, will perform instead of Lizhi at the upcoming championship. She recently joined the team and usually plays a substitute role.
