The French club Solary has received an invitation to Mandatory Cup #3

Organizers from MandatoryGG continue to reveal details of their upcoming Valorant off-season tournament. Today, it was announced that the French club Solary has become the third invited participant to Mandatory Cup #3.

On the official tournament Twitter page, there was a message in which the organizers welcome the new participant, the French team Solary. This decision can be considered quite strange, considering that the team recently completely disbanded its roster and currently has only one player. The organizers welcome the new team, even though they made a mistake in the format of the event.

We are pleased to welcome Solary to our main event, Mandatory Cup 2023. Another opportunity to demonstrate their strength in an offline format.

The newly formed team was established at the beginning of 2023, which is why the club has only participated in one tournament so far. The second stage of Valorant Challengers 2023 France: Revolution Split 2, ended with the French team finishing in 7th place, resulting in the team's disbandment. It is still unknown how the club will participate in the tournament, which starts in less than a week. It can be assumed that Solary already has a ready lineup that has not yet been announced, or they will simply withdraw their candidacy.

Remember, Mandatory Cup #3 will take place from December 13 to 19, in an online format. The tournament will feature 12 teams, 11 of which will receive direct invitations, and the last one will have to go through open qualifiers. They will compete for a total prize pool of $16,100 and the title of the tournament champion.
