The organizers of Esports World Cup 2025 with Valorant have shared the format and dates of the tournament. This will be the first Valorant tournament at EWC, but not the last.

As one of the biggest Valorant events of 2025 approaches, we are getting more information about it. Currently, the organizers have shared the tournament format and its dates.

The competition will be held in two stages: the group stage and the playoffs. Sixteen teams from around the world will be divided into four groups in the first round. On the first matchday, July 8, a total of 12 matches will take place, suggesting a best-of-one format. The next two days will feature 8 more group stage matches.

The playoffs will follow a single-elimination format, which is unusual for Valorant tournaments. In the second stage, 8 teams will compete—two of the best from each group.

Esports World Cup 2025 with Valorant will take place from July 8 to July 13. Sixteen teams will participate. The list of participants and the total prize pool with its detailed distribution have not yet been disclosed.
