A group of enthusiasts has launched a website dedicated to creating fantasy leagues for the popular game Valorant. Their project, "Fantasy Valorant," aims to cover all championships and tournaments across various regions, including international competitions in this discipline.
One of the creators shared details about the website's functionality and league features on Reddit. Each league accommodates space for ten teams, and participants can choose between an unlimited draft and a salary-capped draft. The developer also disclosed several other mechanics being implemented in the project.
League organizers will have the ability to customize points for various statistical indicators, draft order, and more. From a fantasy perspective, they are working on a Valorant version for esports betting, offering the opportunity to wager on statistics, team victories, rosters, and other aspects of professional matches.
The developer also shared concepts the team plans to utilize in the future for Fantasy Valorant.
One of the ideas we joke about a lot is introducing a stock market model involving players and/or teams. We are also considering allowing players to trade bets among themselves during matches.
At present, a gaming page is available, and registration for beta testing of the project is open. The main goal is to gather feedback and address any issues that users may encounter during the testing process. Fantasy Valorant will actively update about the project's progress through its social media channels.
