The French organization Team Vitality announced on their official Twitter page changes to the main lineup of their Valorant team. In the post, information was revealed about Tomas "Destrian" Linikas being moved to the substitute bench.
The player had participated throughout the VCT 2023 season with the club, but the organization decided to suspend him, as stated on Twitter. The young Lithuanian began his career in 2020 with the nolpenki roster. Over his career, Destrian has played for numerous clubs, with the most fruitful collaboration being with Team Vitality.
As a part of the team, the player took part in Red Bull Home Ground #3, VCT 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo, and reached the finals of Convergence 2023, but suffered defeat against FUT Esports.
Due to the team's poor performance in 2023, organizers decided to make changes aimed at improving future results. Team Vitality did not secure a single victory in the past season, causing concern both within and outside the team.
In light of Destrian being moved to the substitute bench, Team Vitality will soon make replacements, with trexx being one of the potential candidates. Rumors of trexx transfer had been circulating online for several days.
