The Spanish esports team, Team Heretics, officially signed former professional Fortnite player Benjy "benjyfishy" Fish to their Valorant roster, as announced on their social media.

Here he is. From dominating Fortnite to Tier 1 Valorant. Welcome benjyfishy to our VCT team.

A brief about benjyfishy.

Benjy "benjyfishy" Fish is a 19-year-old former professional Fortnite player who managed to earn more than $590,000 and gain significant popularity, with over 1.8 million followers on his personal Twitter page. He switched to Valorant in 2022 and got the chance to play for the Czech club Enterprise Esports, with which he won the following tournaments:

  • Grunex Challenge #2
  • Comic-Con Prague #3

Over his professional Valorant career, Benjy "benjyfishy" Fish has won more than $2,500 and earned the "Rookie of the Season" award at the VALORANT Challengers 2023 East: Surge Split 1 tournament.

The updated roster will be seen in action on July 19 at the very important VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifier 2023 tournament, where the last two spots for the main tournament of the year, Valorant Champions 2023, will be competed among the following teams: Giants Gaming, Natus Vincere, Karmine Corp, KOI, BBL Esports.

After an unsuccessful performance at the VCT EMEA League 2023, Team Heretics decided to say goodbye to Polish player Aleksander "zeek" Zygmunt, who had been part of the team for over 6 months. Therefore, following the official announcement of the new player, the team lineup is as follows:
