Players who left TBK Esports team:

Possible reasons for this decision

The reason for this decision was the unsatisfactory results of the team this season, failing to qualify for the main tournament of the season VCL Ascension: Americas 2023. In the two splits of the Brazilian league, the team took 5th-6th place, which ultimately brought the organization only 75 BR Points, which barely allowed them to keep their place in the next season of the league

Another reason is the challenging situation for tier-2 teams in Valorant, as for many of them only a single slot is available in the partner league, and organizations must compete for this slot throughout an entire season lasting more than 8 months. If the team has a poor season and gets knocked out early, not advancing to the next stage, they have nothing to play for, as Riot Games allows few to host tournaments. This situation puts tier-2 teams in a difficult position, complicating their opportunities for growth and popularity in the world of Valorant.

The organization did not provide comments regarding further plans in the Valorant discipline, but there are some indications that may lead us to think that the team will remain in this discipline. Specifically, the fact that the team did not part with its coaches and retained the slot for the next season.
